I'm not the kind of person who likes to brag about their accomplishments. But if surgery is involved, and someone referred you to me, then they know that I'm willing to take the risks involved.

I'm the best surgeon here, and my new powers here help that. I don't know who you are, but I want to help, and I know there may be risks. I'm willing to take them.
