Snowglobe Post
The snowglobe is cloudy and everything is unable to be seen, until you shake it for the first time. The mist clears, and the places show themselves, one after the other, each time it is shaken.
The first scene that the globe shows is the hospital in Dusseldorf that he worked at for over ten years.
